My name is Allison Masching, and I am an online and in person Personal Trainer at So Fit Workout and Wellness. I decided to start personal training after having spent years working on my own health and wellness journey. I’ve tried every diet under the sun, my weight fluctuated massively in my college years, I was that person who desperately wanted to lose weight and feel good about themselves again. Now, having emerged to the other side and achieved my goals, I want to use my skills, my experience, and my own journey to help others.

 

I care about my clients, and there’s nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. I know how uncomfortable it is to start, I know that being overweight affects your whole life, and I want to be there for those who want to bring change to their life. I want to help you discover the benefits of exercise in ways that exercise helped me become the person I am today and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

 

I understand that life can be hectic and it’s often tough to find time to work out. I’ve been there myself, and I’ve made every excuse in the book. That’s why I have an online platform for personal training as well as an in-person package option.
