So Fit was opened 12/2015 by Stefani Oltman. Stefani and her family have lived in Roanoke since 2000. Stefani graduated from El Paso high school in 1995. Stefani received her Assosicates Degree from ICC in Occupational Therapy in 1999. Stefani is also a certified EMT and CPR instructor. So Fit also has instructors that teach exercise and nutrition classes. We will be adding more classes in the near future. Please keep checking the site for events and classes to come.
