I have been in love with running for as long as I can remember! My love of running was kicked off after I tagged along with my mom on one of her daily jogs around our 3 mile country section. Don’t get me wrong, the run wasn’t easy at first; however once I got back I felt accomplished and clear-headed. Once I was old enough, I began competing in track and competed through high school. I loved the long distance events, and was grateful to compete in both the Indoor and Outdoor State track meets while in high school. I believe that running gives as much as it takes, and am looking forward to helping others start their running journey! When I am not running, you can often find me studying to become a health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, waitressing at Cornerstone, or whipping up something delicious in the kitchen. I am excited to help others live their happiest, healthiest lives!
